Planning application for early infrastructure available to view

Our planning application for a waste water treatment works and primary substation, along with associated wetlands is now available to view on Kent County Council’s website.

This early infrastructure will support sustainable water management for Otterpool Park as well as provide wetland areas for walking and to encourage and enhance biodiversity.Consultation held in December 2024 demonstrated that the publicly accessible wetland area was extremely popular with local residents.
