Early infrastructure planning application submitted

The delivery of Otterpool Park took a step forward on Friday (7 Feb) as we submitted the planning application for the waste water treatment works and primary substation, along with associated wetlands. 

This early infrastructure will support sustainable water management for the new garden town whilst the wetland will also provide a place for nature to thrive as part of our commitment to biodiversity.

The feedback we received during the consultation events demonstrated that the publicly accessible wetland area was extremely popular with local residents.
