The Otterpool Park Gallop

Pop your trainers on and join us for a new running event that provides a fantastic and rare opportunity to run the former Folkestone Racecourse site while taking in the wonderful views of Westenhanger Castle at Westenhanger near Hythe.

With options for a one-mile family fun run, 5k and 10k, the race route will show runners what will feature there in the future – for example, spot where the new town centre will be just south of the lake, the new Castle Park next to Westenhanger Castle and the location of the first primary school as you run along.

The Otterpool Park Gallop is being held as part of Zest Fest‘s exciting programme of creative well-being events over the weekend.
