Agreement to bring forward Otterpool Park

Folkestone & Hythe District Council has been working with Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, to reach a Collaboration Agreement.

The six-month agreement between the two organisations is a key step in bringing forward the start of building for Otterpool Park. It will enable the council to access additional skills and expertise necessary to attract the level of investment required to deliver a development the size of Otterpool Park.
