Otterpool Park features in the Kent Property Market Report 2022

The Kent Property Market Report 2022 has been published this week and features Otterpool Park.

The much-anticipated annual report, produced by Kent County Council in partnership with Caxton’s property consultants and Locate in Kent, is a guide to local investment and development. It provides insight into the country’s property sector and details key projects supporting the county’s growth and economic development.

Otterpool Park Garden Town is included in the report as a key infrastructure and regeneration project. The future rail network improvements update in the report features our plans to upgrade the Westenhanger station to allow High Speed One services to stop at Otterpool Park.
