In 2023, JTP architects and masterplanners were selected to develop the framework masterplan and design code for Hilltop and Woodland Ridge neighbourhood area of Otterpool Park. The initial engagement process took place between July and September, including a Community Planning Day at Sellindge Village Hall.

A report of the work to date has been compiled to showcase how the community has been involved in the process so far, as well as the emerging Masterplan and Design Codes. You can view this document here.
